The primary reason for this boom in house prices is the high demand for houses and the low supply. While the low-price listing isn’t new news, there are reasons why buyers are still hungry to grab some Northern Beaches property.

It is natural to get curious about this sustained interest of the buyers in residential properties in Northern Beaches. And if one were to delve deep into this matter, here is what they can find.

With the pandemic outbreak, buyers are ready to churn up another reason for their appetite for properties in Northern Beaches. A recent article in Guardian mentioned how many Australians consider Northern Beaches as the perfect place to continue their post-Covid lifestyle.

With work-from-home being the norm, more people are willing to shift to places like Northern Beaches so that they can live the life they have been putting on hold due to work pressure.

Inner-rungs of Northern Sydney, where the prices aren’t as soared up to mainstream areas(beachfront), are also enthusiastically purchased by buyers as long the apartments have basic amenities to give them an uninterrupted work-from-home experience.

While there is one set that is eager to live their dream lifestyle, there is another group that considers health as their prime wealth. These people prefer Northern Beaches for the remote location of the houses available. Social distancing is the main aim, and Northern Beaches are the best alternative for crowded, tightly packed cities.

The B-line Bus Service

With this service, the Northern Beaches successfully gave away their old name of “insular peninsula” as this service connects Northern Beaches to CBD. This service effectively solves Northern Beaches’ transportation problem and thus in-directly aids the real estate in Northern Beaches.

The B-line bus services provide services seven days a week from 4:30 in the morning to 12:30 at midnight. It runs from Mona Vale to Wynward. One can find buses every 10 minutes and hence don’t have to book in advance or wait for long hours to arrive at that one bus.

These are yellow, double-deck buses with more seats and a built-in USB for charging.

Low Buy-in Price
